The Mussoorie Sports Association, had organised a workshop on “Brain Training & Sports”, for the sportsmen and sportswomen of Mussoorie Public School, on 26th April, 2023. Around 30 of our students participated in the workshop.
Mr Stefan Schafer, a certified sports and fitness trainer from Germany conducted the training. He has been conducting this workshop for many years now. His ‘Brain Based Training Workshop’, aims at faster thinking and reacting in ball sports. His unique style and methods of conducting the workshop helped the students understand the concept. A number of spot ‘team games’ were also conducted, that helped the students apply these techniques in real life situation.
The workshop concluded with a vote of thanks to Mr Roop Chand Sonkkar of the Mussoorie Sports Association and Mr Stefan Schafer and his great team of athletes.
